  • If I decide to have regular service, do I need to sign a contract? No, we don't require you to sign anything.
  • How many employees will come to my house? Depending on the job and size of your space, we either send one or a team of two cleaners.
  • Will the cost of the cleaning increase if you send more than one cleaner? No, the cost is the same. The team will just finish the home in less time.
  • Will the first cleaning take longer? The first cleaning or an occasional cleaning will take longer so that we can give your home that deep cleaning it needs.
  • What kind of cleaning supplies do you use? For your own safety we only use the cleaning materials you already have in your household. This greatly reduces potential allergies and other negative reactions.
  • List of Cleaning supplies that you have to provide on a day of our visit: vacuum cleaner, mop, sponges, rags and clothes, bathroom cleaner, glass and windows cleaner, floor cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, stainnless steel cleaner.
  • Do I need to be home? It's not necessary. In fact, most of our customers are not.We keep a copy of your key and the alarm code.
  • What time are we open? Our office open from 8am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday. We provide cleaning services Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6 pm, and you will be schedule during this times.
  • I have got a pet - are you ok with that? Yes, we can handle pets. Please, understand that we do not take the responsibility for your pets while we do cleaning (feeding,walking...)
  • How to prepare for your cleaner in a cost effective way? Leave a list of preferences, a list of items not to be touched (# artwork, collectibles and other valuables), leave fresh linen on the beds, put all your toys away.
